MACH is a federally designated Continuum of Care (CoC) for thirteen counties in the central Midlands:  Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland, and York.
