If you are applying for ESG funds and operate within MACH's geographic area, please read this entire email.

All applicants must receive endorsement/certification from MACH to be eligible to apply. To receive MACH 2026 ESG Endorsement/Certification, organizations must comply with all the following:

• 2026 MACH Member

• Attend at least one MACH meeting in the last six months or otherwise demonstrate being an active member of the CoC Planning Process

• Participate in HMIS (DV providers must have a database comparable to HMIS)

• Participate in MACH’s Coordinated Entry System

In order to apply to receive endorsement/certification, please complete and submit the 2026 MACH Emergency Solutions Grant Certification Application here by Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 5pm.

The COC will send the endorsement letter directly to OEO, agencies do not submit the letters directly to OEO.
 
NOTE – MACH will submit a single listing of MACH applicants endorsed rather than individual endorsement letters. MACH will email the full endorsement listing to applicants prior to the April 2nd deadline and applicants will be copied.
